Service Description

Site walks are scheduled after we've received/verified the SOW (Scope of work) you're requesting to verify your budget aligns with the project request. The site walk allows us to see your current space for understanding your project, obtain measurements, take pictures and answer any additional questions you have prior to us finalizing our Proposal Estimate. WE DO NOT provide free Estimates as it takes time to properly analyze, plan and schedule your project and our time is valuable. However, we do provide you a preliminary Bid # for Free prior to us visiting your home so that you have an idea of what to expect when working with us. Quality is our priority! The fee covers the site walk and Proposal Estimate (Fee is deducted from total project cost)
